  • You agree that all information you provide during the registration and subscription process is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Our services are provided on a subscription basis, for which you agree to pay the monthly fee as specified on our website.

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

  • By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.

  • To cancel your subscription, you must follow the cancellation process provided by Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to you in advance. If you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your subscription.

  • You retain all ownership rights to your User-Provided Content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish this content on the Trade Index website, and it’s social media accounts, for the purpose of providing our service.

  • You are solely responsible for your User-Provided Content and must ensure that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, is not defamatory, obscene, or illegal, and does not violate any applicable laws.
